Property requests, reports and compliance

The City of Airdrie can provide property information for owners within Airdrie. 

• Requests for property information: requests for property documents such as drawings or inspection reports. Please note: drawings and blueprints are copyrighted by the company/individual that created them and permission is required before the City can release them.
• Real Property Report (RPR): often requested during the sale of a property and includes the location and improvements of a property completed through an Alberta Land Surveyor.
• Certificate of Compliance: based off the RPR and verifies that the property meetings the regulation in the Land Use Bylaw. Real estate purchases often require a stamp of compliance for the certificate.
