Airdrie, AB – The City of Airdrie is responding to the heat warning issued by Environment Canada with supports and resources for residents as temperatures are expected to rise above 30 degrees.
Daytime cooling spaces will be available in Airdrie for any residents seeking a cool place. Extreme heat can be very dangerous, and we want to ensure residents know there are spaces to drop into if they need to refill a water bottle or take a break to cool down.
