Birthday Party Packages & Room Rentals

Cancellation Policy:

We require 14 days notice for cancellations without penalty and for any changes to your booking.  If less than 14 days notice, all cancellations must go through our rental administrator at rentals@airdrie.ca.

Pool Party Package (ages 0 – 12)

Pool Party Package 

Come and make a big splash with us! Our Pool Party Package is for children 0-12 years old. This package is during public swim times on Saturdays and Sundays and includes up to 15 admissions for our aquatic centre and a one-hour room rental.

This package includes:

• An all access pass for up to 15 people in our Aquatics Centre (please see below for aquatic guidelines)
• One hour in our Multipurpose room before (room subject to availability) or after your swim time. Your party comes complete with tables and chairs for up to 30 people.
• You are permitted to bring your own food and drinks. Alcohol prohibited.
• 15 minutes of set-up time before your room time
• If you require additional wristbands, they must be purchased at the Customer Service desk the day of your party.

Price: $197.00 plus GST

Aquatic Guidelines: there is an adult to child ratio of 1:4 for children under eight years of age in the aquatic area, and children must be within arm’s reach of an adult.  One adult must be present at the facility for any birthday party during the swim time.

Fun Place Room Rental

Fun Place 

Invite 30 of your closest friends and family, and enjoy a private Fun Place rental in our most popular room. The Fun Place offers access to a small indoor playground, as well as, a toddler area filled with matting and soft toys.

Your rental includes:

• Two hour private room rental in the Fun Place, which includes unlimited access to the play structure and soft toys throughout your booking for up to 30 people.
• 15 minutes of set-up time before your room time

Fun Place room rental is recommended for children 12 and under
Your party comes complete with tables and chairs for up to 30 people. The Fun Place is located close to our Aquatics entrance. You may bring in your own food and drinks. Socks are required for adults and children at all times on the play structure.  Socks can be purchased for $1 at the Aquatics desk.

Price: $128.82 plus GST

Multipurpose Room Rental

Located on the main level by the aquatic entrance

Invite 50 of your closest friends and family, and enjoy a private room rental in our most versatile room. The Multipurpose room offers plenty of space to host games and activities for any theme!

This package includes:
• Two hour private room rental in the Multipurpose room for up to 50 people.
• 15 minutes of set-up time before your room time

Your party comes complete with tables and chairs for up to 50 people. The Multipurpose room also has an attached bathroom for children and is equipped with a counter and sink, and it is located close to our Aquatics entrance. You may bring in your own food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

Price: $76.32 plus GST
