Each January, the City of Airdrie conducts a Citizen Satisfaction Survey. Through this tool, residents provide the City their perspectives and opinions on issues related to their community.
The 2023 Survey is now closed. Results from this year's survey will be presented to City Council in March.

Results for each year are presented at a regular City Council meeting in March.
Results from the survey provide us with a report on how we are performing in our service delivery and identify possible areas for improvement. They also help us better understand the needs and perceptions of Airdrie residents. We use the results to inform our strategic planning and budget development for next year and beyond.
