Bylaw No. B-33/2022
Proposed Amendment to the Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to discuss a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw No. B-33/2022, map affecting lands legally described as a portion of the SE 10-27-1 W5M (271085 24 Street SW, 271140 RGE RD 13 SW, 271047 24 Street SW) located on the west side of Airdrie, half a mile south of Veterans Boulevard and bounded by 24th Street to the east. The proposed amendment will redistrict ± 0.48 hectares (1.19 acres) to align the districting of the Wildflower Civic Node with the approved subdivision plan. This amendment is housekeeping in nature.

Bylaw No. B-34/2022
Proposed Amendment to the Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to discuss a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw map affecting lands legally described as portions of the NW-26-26-1-W5 (4221 24 ST SW, 5010 40 AV SW, 204 Windrow Li SW) located in west Airdrie, bounded by 24th Street to the west and 40th Avenue to the north in the Southwinds NSP. The proposed amendment will redistrict ±0.111 hectares (±0.273 acres) of land to align the districting of the subject lands with the approved subdivision plan. This amendment is housekeeping in nature.

Bylaw No. B-35/2022
Proposed Amendment to the Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to discuss a proposed amendment to the Land Use Bylaw No. B-35/2022 map affecting lands legally described as Lots 68 and PUL60 Block 17, Plan 2111198 (685 Windrow MR SW/653 Windrow MR SW) located in west Airdrie, bounded by 8th Street to the east and 40th Avenue to the north in the South Windsong NSP. The proposed amendment will redistrict ±0.043 hectares (±1.069 acres) to align the districting of the subject lands with the approved subdivision plan. This amendment is housekeeping in nature.
