Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-05/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 by:

1. creating a new Direct Control Bylaw District (DC-52)

2. redistricting approximately 0.22ha (0.54ac) of land legally described as Lot 9-12, Block 1, Plan 1127O (216 1 Avenue NE) from P-1, Public Open Space District to the new DC-52 District

3. redistricting approximately 0.1ha (0.23ac) of land legally described as Lot 1-2, Block D, Plan 4445K (132 Bowers Street NE) from Direct Control Bylaw 6 District (DC-06) to M2, Community Mixed Use District.

4. repealing and deleting Section 9.2.6 Direct Control Bylaw 6 (DC-06) in its entirety.
