Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw
This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-16/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 by:
1. adding RV Storage as a Discretionary Use in the Direct Control Bylaw A39 (DC-A39) District on lands legally described as Lot 1, Block B, Plan 9112025 (272264 Range Road 293 NE).
2. adding Subsections 9.2.43(7) through 9.2.43(12) in the Direct Control Bylaw A39 (DC-A39) District.
