Proposed Vantage Rise Neighbourhood Structure Plan

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-13/2023 being a bylaw to adopt the Vantage Rise Neighbourhood Structure Plan.

BYLAW NO. B-14/2023
Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw Section 8.1(3) (Land Use Map)

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-14/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 by:

Redistricting the subject lands legally described as NE ¼ Section 34, Township 26, Range 01, W5M to reflect the land use proposed within the Vantage Rise Neighbourhood Structure Plan.

The proposed land use districts are:

  • R1, Single Detached Residential District
  • R1-U, Urban Standard Residential District
  • R1-L, Narrow Lot Laned Residential District
  • R2-T, Townhouse Residential District
  • R3, Low-Rise Multifamily Residential District
  • R4, Mid-Rise Multifamily District
  • P-1, Public Open Space District
  • P-2, Public Facilities District
  • C2, Community Commercial District
