This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-46/2023 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 as follows:
The amendment seeks to adopt Storage Facility, Public as a site-specific discretionary use in the M3, Downtown Core Mixed Use District. The vacant lot is located at 305 Tower Lane Drive SW (Lot 1, Block 4, Plan 1710145).
