Citizen satisfaction survey underway

January 6, 2020/ For Immediate Release

AIRDRIE, ALBERTA – Airdrie residents have an opportunity to provide their feedback on municipal services this month through the annual Citizen Satisfaction Survey which runs from January 6 to 19.

The survey, administered by Yardstick Research, includes telephone and online responses. Residents can also visit WWW.AIRDRIE.CA/CITIZENSURVEY for a link to provide their thoughts.

“If you receive a call or find the survey online please take the time to share your valuable feedback,” said Ryan Johnson, Corporate Strategy Advisor. “The insight we receive through this survey is so important to our strategic planning and budget development. We strive for continuous improvement and these results are always a strong indicator of where our residents see strengths and gaps in the level of service the City provides.”

Respondents will be asked about quality of life, important issues facing the City today, as well as their satisfaction rating with individual services and facilities.

Results of the 2020 Citizen Satisfaction Survey will be presented to Airdrie City Council on March 16.
