NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is given that the City of Airdrie has been issued an approval (No. 00473888-00-00) under the provisions of the Water Act on April 13, 2021 to construct a pedestrian bridge and remove aquatic vegetation, sediment and other organic material from Nose Creek and Luxstone Channel for the purpose of improving the aquatic environment and hydrological characteristics of the affected water bodies. All activities subject to this approval are located at NW 01-027-01-W5M and SW 12-027-01-W5M.
