Bert Church LIVE Theatre’s Presented Series returns to Airdrie

AIRDRIE, ALBERTA – It’s time to get LIVE again with the Bert Church LIVE Theatre (BCLT). Starting in September, the BCLT is bringing its beloved, authentic arts experience to the stage after taking an extended intermission due to COVID-19 in 2020 and early 2021. Tickets for this year’s performances go on sale Aug. 25, 2021.

This year’s presented series features a diverse range of live performances including The Washboard Union (one of Canada’s preeminent country bands with hits such as Country Thunder) and Newfoundland’s own The Ennis Sisters. Families will experience heartwarming performances like Quest Theatre’s Snow Angel, and travel to the wonky-world of Who-ville in Seussical the Musical. Local Airdrie artists such as the Prairie Mountain Fiddlers and Brandon Lorenzo will also be showcasing their talents on stage.

“After a long intermission, we are thrilled to announce our 2021-2022 season “Let’s Get LIVE!” We have curated a collection of performances to inspire, uplift, and engage our community, and we are so excited to welcome you back, or for the first time, to Bert Church LIVE Theatre”, says Kirstie Gallant, Front of House/Box Office Manager.
