The General Appeal Board (GAB) is a quasi-judicial board made up of Airdrie residents and a Councillor.
The Board hears appeals from residents and businesses on certain decisions made by City of Airdrie administration. This could include decisions on permits, licences, and other orders for the following:
Public Conveyance and Vehicles for Hire
Security Alarm Systems
Reference to the recent bylaws pertaining to matters GAB can be found on the City's Bylaw webpage.
Complete and submit a notice of appeal form before the appeal deadline.
A non-refundable $150 filing fee is required on or before the final date for appeal.
You may submit your appeal in-person, by mail, by e-mail. More information can be found on the back of the appeal form.
