Candidate profile: Eeshnah Qureshi

Hi, my name is Eeshnah Qureshi! I am running because I believe our city is stronger when more people are part of the conversation. I am not a career politician. I am a resident who cares deeply about Airdrie and wants to make sure the voices of everyday people are heard.

My priorities come from what I hear most often: the need for fair taxes and transparency, better access to healthcare, safer roads and stronger transit, more recreation and youth programs, and affordable housing so families and seniors can stay rooted here. I believe in planning ahead so that schools, services, and infrastructure are ready when people need them, not years later.

For me, leadership is about listening first and working together. By voting for me, you are choosing someone who will bring honesty, accountability, and a focus on community into every decision.
