The City has received an application to amend the Southeast Community Area Structure Plan (CASP) by adding Neighbourhood Structure Plan (NSP) details for Queensview Business District (MAP). A Land Use Bylaw Amendment (LUA) application has been submitted as well. The Queensview Business District NSP is a neighbourhood plan within the Southeast Community Area Structure Plan (CASP).
Queensview Business District NSP is comprised of approximately 65.11 hectares (160.89 acres) of land located in southeast Airdrie. The plan area is bounded by Township Road 264 SE to the south, 40 Avenue to the north, Sharp Hill Country Residential in Rocky View County to the east, and QE II Highway and Range Road 294 to the west.

How to get involved
As part of the upcoming planning process, the developers will be soliciting feedback from the public on the proposed plans. It is important that you take the opportunity to participate in shaping how our community grows.
In addition, a public hearing will be held to provide affected stakeholders a final opportunity to provide comments before the plans are considered by Council.
