Multi-Unit Incentive Pilot Bylaw and Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-30/2025 being a bylaw to establish the Multi-Unit Incentive Pilot Program and make corresponding amendments to Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016.
The program and associated bylaw are intended to support and accelerate multi-unit multifamily development to improve the welfare of people living in Airdrie. It will allow for the Development Officer to made decisions on Multi-Residential Development and General Mixed Use Development uses in appropriate districts where the proposed developments meet associated policies on multi-unit multifamily development.
