Box office refunds and exchanges

Bert Church LIVE Theatre Presented Series performances

Exchanges are at the sole discretion of the facility. The following conditions may apply:

  • An exchange request can be made by calling the Bert Church LIVE Theatre Box Office at 403.948.8824.
  • Where applicable, the difference in ticket price will be charged when upgrading tickets to a more expensive night or seat. Seating is subject to availability
  • Requests for ticket exchanges should be made as soon as possible, to allow Bert Church LIVE Theatre Box Office the opportunity to resell exchanged tickets.

In the event of a cancelled performance, a selection from the following options will be available:

  • Patrons may receive credit on account to be used for a future performance.
  • Patrons may receive a full refund to the original payment method by which their tickets were purchased.

Third-party promoter events/community-led events

Each promoter sets the exchange and refund policies for their event(s) and will be clearly displayed within the event details on tickets.airdrie.ca.

Purchasers are encouraged to contact the Box Office directly for show information, ticket pricing and ticket guidelines.
