AIRDRIE, AB – Resident Satisfaction Survey returns on April 6, 2026. Airdrie residents will have the opportunity to provide feedback on municipal services.
The survey is administered by Deloitte on behalf of the City of Airdrie. They will reach out to residents to get their responses over the phone. Residents can also participate online at airdrie.ca/residentsurvey to share their thoughts. Phone survey collection will take place April 6 – May 1 and the online survey will be open May 4 – 15, 2026.
“Your experiences matter to us. The Resident Satisfaction Survey is one of the ways City Council and I listen to our neighbours — both residents and local businesses — to understand what life in Airdrie feels like. When you take a few minutes to share your thoughts, it helps us make decisions that support a strong, connected community. I hope you’ll take part and add your voice.” says Mayor Heather Spearman.
Residents will be asked about quality of life, important issues facing the City today, as well as their satisfaction rating with individual services and facilities.
“If you receive a call or find the survey online, please take the time to share your valuable feedback,” says Ryan Johnson, Corporate Strategy Advisor. “The data we receive through this survey will help inform our strategic planning and budget development. We strive for continuous improvement and these results are always a strong indicator of where our residents see strengths and gaps in the level of service the City provides.”
Results of the 2026 Resident Satisfaction Survey will be presented to Airdrie City Council in June 2026.
