Missed collection

Think your cart was missed? Collection may not occur if your cart or garbage:

• Wasn’t placed out by 7 a.m.
• Was incorrectly set out
• Was improperly sorted and received an Oops! tag.

If set-out time, sorting, and placement were correct, the missed pickup may be due to weather-related or operational delays.

Report a missed collection:

• Black garbage and green organics carts: contact the City of Airdrie at 403.948.8800 or Send us a message by the next business day after a missed collection and we may be able to arrange for recollection.
• Blue recycling carts: contact GFL at 780.444.8805 or GFLresidentialrecycle@gflenv.com.
