Missed collection

Think your cart was missed? Collection may not occur if your cart or garbage:

• Wasn’t placed out by 7 a.m.
• Was incorrectly set out.
• Cart materials were improperly sorted or contaminated. Learn more about common Oops items and issues.

If set-out time, sorting, and placement were correct, the missed pickup may be due to weather-related or operational delays.

Report a missed collection:

• Black garbage and green organics carts: Fill out the missing cart form by the next business day after a missed collection and we may be able to arrange for recollection.
