Collection day reminders and alerts

Never miss a pickup day again. Sign up for myAIRDRIE notifications to get reminders about your collection schedule and alerts if service is delayed or missed in your area.

Collection day reminders can be customized to specific times and neighbourhoods through text, email or push notifications.

Sign up through myAIRDRIE

1. Create a myAIRDRIE account.

2. Click the button View all available services / customize dashboard:

• Select myAIRDRIE notifications, and
• Click Save changes.

3. Under myAIRDRIE notifications: select and add your community.

4. In the Notifications tab (top of the page):

• Add your cell number if you want to receive text messages.
• Scroll to Waste, recycling and organics:
• Set a time,
• Choose how to receieve reminders (email and/or text), and
• Scroll to the bottom and click Save.
