To improve communication with residents, the City has launched a dedicated AASC Facebook page (facebook.com/airdrieanimalservices) where found animals currently in care will be posted in real time. This provides a quick and accessible way for pet owners to identify and reclaim their animals.

The AASC offers public walk-in hours (Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.) during which time residents can ask questions and purchase or renew pet licences. Animal return services are available seven days a week. Outside of public hours, residents can contact the 24/7 dispatch line at 403.948.8888 and a Community Peace Officer will assist.
