Bylaw B-04/2026
Council is being asked to give three readings to Bylaw B-04/2026, being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2026, to allow for the addition of Child Care, Limited as a Permitted Use in the Direct Control 12-C (DC-12-C) District, applying only to 112 Sagewood Cove SW, legal description known as Lot 17, Block 6, Plan 0410873.
