Public Hearing for Accessory Suite Amendments (Bylaw No. B-01/2026) to Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016
Council is being asked to give three readings to Bylaw B-01/2026, being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2026, to amend the Accessory Suite regulations of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016, and to direct Administration to develop a Secondary Suite Safety Compliance Program and return with program details.
