Missed collection report

Missed collections must be reported by the next business day after scheduled pickup. We can only return if the cart was placed out on time, had proper clearance and was free of contamination. Please check for Oops tags and review the selected issues prior to submitting a missed collection report.

Is the cart or the tagged excess waste bag still out for collection? Carts and tagged excess waste bags must be left out in their proper collection location. Curbside collection must be placed on the street or in the alley, not on the sidewalk or driveway. Collection crews will not enter private property.
