Proposed Amendment to Land Use Bylaw

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-26/2026 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 as follows:

That Section 8.1 (3) (Land Use Map) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 be amended by redistricting approximately 2.38 ha (5.88 ac) of land legally described as SE-10-27-1-5 from Urban Holdings District (UH) and Urban Standard Residential District (R1-U) to Low Density Residential District (R-2), Townhouse Residential District (R2-T) and Urban Standard Residential District (R1-U).
