Public hearing for a land use amendment in Sierra Springs (B-20/2026)

LAND USE BYLAW AMENDMENT
BYLAW NO. B-20/2026

This public hearing is for any affected Airdrie resident to comment on proposed Bylaw No. B-20/2026 being a bylaw to amend Land Use Bylaw B-01/2016 as follows:

1. That Section 9.2 (Direct Control Districts) be amended by removing Section 9.2.2 Direct Control Bylaw 2 (DC-02) as outlined and illustrated in the attached Schedule “A”.

2. That Section 8.1 (3) (Land Use Map) of Land Use Bylaw No. B-01/2016 be amended by redistricting approximately 1.95 ha (4.88 ac) of land legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 0010815 from DC-02, Direct Control District 2 to C3, Regional Commercial District as illustrated in the attached Schedule “B”.

3. Bylaw B-08/1998 is hereby repealed.
