Invoice payment portal (accounts receivable)

We've launched our invoice payment portal in myAIRDRIE! 

This new portal gives customers a more secure, convenient and consistent way to manage City payments. With the new portal, you can: 

• Link invoice accounts directly in myAIRDRIE
• Use saved payment methods and manage credit card updates, allowing invoice payments to be made faster and easier
• View unpaid and paid invoices, as well as transaction history for any myAIRDRIE payments

myAIRDRIE:

Start using myAIRDRIE as soon as you have received your web code (available on invoices after Oct. 5, 2026).

• Sign into your myAIRDRIE account. 
• If you don't have an account, you can create an account. 
• Open the Invoice payment portal
• Select the Add a customer ID button
• Enter the Customer ID and Web code, then select Submit. Your account will be linked and any unpaid and paid invoices will be available within the portal.

Online through airdrie.ca (until Dec. 7, 2026):

• If you do not have your web code, invoices can still be paid through the existing payment system until Dec. 7.
